The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (“GTC”, “Terms of Service” or “T&Cs”) is to define the legal framework for the provision of the B2B intermediation platform specialized in DATA, Datanexions, and to specify the conditions of access and use by the “User”.
These GCU are available on the site, under the headings “Terms of Use” (in French) and “Terms of Service” (in English).
Any registration or use of the site implies full acceptance of these GCU by the User. When registering via the form, each User expressly accepts the GCU by ticking the box: “I acknowledge that I have read and understood the GCU and accept them”.
In the event of refusal of the GCU, in particular if the User does not understand the terms due to their availability only in French or English, he/she must renounce the use of the services offered by the site.Datanexions SAS reserves the right to unilaterally modify the present GCU at any time.

relationships between technology and/or service companies, non-governmental organizations, colleges/universities on the one hand, and DATA professionals on the other, in order to establish commercial relationships and/or partnerships, for financial, marketing, information and other benefits. To this end, the site relies in particular on the transparent sharing of the profile of each member company, from freelancers to multinationals: business and corporate objectives, vision and experience, problems encountered, solutions adopted, services or technologies offered, business and technological skills, among others.
A User is a DATA professional registered in his or her own name, and then possibly as an authorized representative of his or her company to act on its behalf on the platform, in an administrator role or in a commercial, technical or academic expert role, as director, manager or operational.

The SITE can be accessed from anywhere by any user with Internet access. All costs incurred in accessing the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User's expense.
Non-member Users do not have access to the reserved services. To do so, they must register by completing the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the member User undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information concerning his personal situation and contact details, in particular his e-mail address and mobile number.
To access the services, the User must then identify himself using his login, or email, and his password, freely chosen at the time of registration.
Any regularly registered User Member may request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page in his or her personal space. This will be done within a reasonable time.
DATANEXIONS SAS shall not be held liable for any event due to force majeure that causes the site or server to malfunction, and which may result in interruption or modification in the event of maintenance.
In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher liable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

The SITE reserves the right to delete a user account in the event of an attempt to damage or hack the site, criminal offences by the User, or non-payment by the User.
Users have the option of accessing the services offered by www.datanexions.com and its variants (.fr, .co.uk, .es, .de, etc.) by means of a subscription, in order to benefit from access to the catalog presenting the different types of subscriptions.
This subscription is carried out by creating a user account and filling in the subscription form, in which the User must choose the subscription that suits him/her, as well as a valid payment method.
Subscription to the SITE is automatically renewed before the end of each subscription period until it is cancelled.
The subscription fee may be modified. If the User is already a subscriber at the time of a subscription price change, he/she will be informed of the price change and may cancel his/her subscription at any time.
If the User wishes to cancel his subscription before the renewal date, he will continue to benefit from access to the service offered by the SITE until the end of the current billing period. (No refunds will be made for periods of partial use of the service).
The User may choose to reactivate his/her account after termination if he/she so wishes.
www.datanexions.com and its variants (.fr, .co.uk, .es, .de, etc.) provide a catalog showing the prices of the different types of subscriptions available to the User.
Prices relating to the sale of subscriptions are specified in the catalog according to the different subscriptions.
www.datanexions.com and its variants (.fr, .co.uk, .es, .de, etc.) reserve the right to modify its prices at any time by posting them online. Only the prices in force at the time of the order will be applied.
Prices are given in euros and dollars, all taxes included.
The amount of the subscription, all taxes included, is indicated before the final validation of the order.
Payment of the total price must be made when the order is placed, or according to the schedule proposed and chosen by the User.
When the User chooses to subscribe to one of the offers proposed by the SITE, payment is made at the time of final validation of the order.
Upon receipt of validation of the purchase and payment by the User, the latter will receive electronic confirmation of payment to the e-mail address specified at the time of registration.
When choosing to subscribe, the User transmits his/her bank details so that they can be debited at each subscription period. Subscription fees for SITE services will be billed periodically according to the start date of the first subscription period. However, the billing schedule is subject to change. If the User is already a subscriber at the time of a change in the subscription schedule, he/she will be informed of the change at least one month before the change and may cancel his/her subscription at any time.
Payment is debited once a month, every month.
The User may choose to modify his payment method by accessing his account on the SITE. If payment fails due to card expiry, insufficient balance or for any other reason, SITE reserves the right to suspend the User's access to the service until a valid payment method is obtained.
The User guarantees to DATANEXIONS that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method and acknowledges that the transmission to DATANEXIONS of his/her banking information constitutes a proof of his/her capacities and consent to the sale, as well as to the payability of the sums due within the framework of the order.
DATANEXIONS does not keep the User's credit card details, only the proof of the transaction being archived. In the event of refusal to authorize payment by credit card by authorized organizations or in the event of non-payment, DATANEXIONS reserves the right to suspend or cancel the subscription to the SITE.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the User has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of payment.
All elements of the SITE (ergonomics, trademarks, graphics, logos, databases, texts, images, sounds - this list is not exhaustive), taken together or separately, are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code, and more specifically by copyright, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 111-1 et seq. of said Code.
Access to the sites www.datanexions.com and its variants (.fr, .co.uk, .es, .de, etc.) does not constitute recognition of a right and, in general, does not confer any intellectual property right relating to any element of the SITE, which remains the exclusive property of DATANEXIONS.

The member retains full ownership of their intellectual property rights. However, by publishing content on the site, they grant the publishing company a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, and disseminate their content, either directly or through an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the entire duration of the intellectual property rights. In particular, the member authorizes the use of their content on the Internet and mobile networks.
The publishing company agrees to credit the member’s name whenever their content is used.
All content downloaded by the User is done so at their own risk. The User agrees not to upload any content that may harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action taken by a third party against the site will be the sole responsibility of the User.
The User’s content may be removed or modified by the SITE at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
ARTICLE 12: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
